Amanda Grethen, School Counselor
Amanda Grethen

Hello Bush Hornets and welcome to the 2021-2022 school year! My name is Amanda Grethen and I am the full time school counselor at Bush Elementary.  This is my second year working  with Fulton Public School and my second year as a school counselor. I received a Masters of Education in School counseling from Missouri Baptist University in May 2021.

My role as a school counselor is to assist students in successfully achieving academic, career, and personal/social developmental growth. It is my duty to provide a comprehensive school counseling program to ALL students so that they can achieve developmental success.  Throughout the year I will be interacting with students through weekly guidance counseling lessons, as well as, provide group and individual counseling as needed. I teach school guidance lessons to grades 3rd-5th and provide school counseling services for grades K-5th.

I am excited for my second year with Fulton Public schools and love being a school counselor at Bush Elementary. I enjoy seeing the students grow in their social/emotional development and learning new skills. I love advocating for our students and seeing students reach their full individual potential. I look forward to this school year and working with the students of Bush Elementary.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
